Most Respectfully Sheweth,

That, The accused are united body who are very dangerous & disparate in nature. On the others site plaintiff is low abiding and gentle. Plaintiff and accused are residing adjacent to each other.

For kind information, I am very simple, easy, and respectful to law. On the contrary accused is very immoral, corrupt, ill principled, and terror.

Accused 1. Md. Oli Ullah, 2. Mohammad Ali, 3. Alam (25), 4. Chancal Mia having entangle of Studentleague in Politics activities as a organizer form 2 years. They are terror and extorted money from the Local Persons as contribution and harshness illegally. About the cruelty of Md. Oli Ullah and others accused, I allays protest him for such illegal activities.

Such circumstance Md. Oli Ullah and others accused being aggrieved to me and threatened me, to torture and killed.

On the day of occurrence Md. Oli Ullah with others accomplice and miscreant attacked my Studentleague Group.

At the same time, Md. Oli Ullah and others accused along with miscreant beat me mercilessly with grievous injured.
